Supply Chain Manager | Voeding

Introductie

Voor een groeiend Belgisch familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Supply Chain Manager.

In deze sleutelrol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige supply chain en stuur je een team van 6 medewerkers aan binnen productieplanning, forecasting, aankoop, voorraadbeheer en logistiek. De nadruk ligt sterk op people management: je coacht het team, creëert ownership en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers verder kunnen groeien.

Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om het supply chainbeleid verder te professionaliseren, processen te verbeteren en projecten rond digitalisering en automatisering te trekken. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je geeft leiding aan een Supply Chain-team van 6 medewerkers en coacht zowel junior als senior profielen naar meer zelfstandigheid en ownership.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over productieplanning, forecasting, aankoop, voorraadbeheer en interne en externe logistiek en zorgt voor een betrouwbare end-to-end supply chain.
  • Je ontwikkelt de supply chainstrategie verder en optimaliseert goederenstromen, voorraadniveaus, 3PL-samenwerkingen en transport met een sterke focus op OTIF.
  • Je beheert het supply chainbudget en de KPI's, analyseert prestaties en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Sales/Marketing en Customer Service en neemt de lead in afdelingsoverstijgende projecten.
  • Je initieert verbetertrajecten rond continuous improvement, digitalisering en automatisering en zorgt ervoor dat processen eenvoudiger, betrouwbaarder en toekomstbestendiger worden.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen supply chain, planning of logistiek, bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of voedingsomgeving.
  • Je bent een bewezen people manager die medewerkers kan coachen, ontwikkelen en verantwoordelijkheid durft te geven.
  • Je hebt een brede kennis van productieplanning, forecasting, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen en combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede basiskennis Frans en Engels.
