Als Supply Chain Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de logistieke keten. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct verwerkt worden. Ook check je of planningen opgevolgd worden en dossiers administratief tot in de puntjes in orde zijn.

Jouw taken als Supply Chain Medewerker zullen bestaan uit:

  • Je verwerkt en controleert gegevens rond bestellingen, leveringen, voorraden en transporten.
  • Je volgt administratieve dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in de systemen.
  • Je bewaakt planningen, deadlines en gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers en interne diensten.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met interne en externe partijen en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de Supply Chain-afdeling en volgt afwijkingen correct op.

Als Supply Chain Medewerker combineer je een logistieke achtergrond met een sterk administratief inzicht.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Business Management of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal een eerste ervaring binnen supply chain, logistiek of transportadministratie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en planmatig.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een plus.
