Bij Guidion bouwen we aan een vlekkeloze klantreis, en daar kunnen we jouw scherpe oog en enthousiasme ontzettend goed bij gebruiken! Als Supply Chain Medewerker ben je de onmisbare schakel tussen ons distributiecentrum, de monteurs en de rest van de operatie. Je zorgt er eigenhandig voor dat logistieke processen soepel verlopen door openstaande orders op te volgen, manco's uit te pluizen en correcties tijdig door te voeren. Samen met een gedreven team van vijf collega's voorkom je dat monteurs misgrijpen, waardoor we dagelijks duizenden klanten blij kunnen maken. Wat ga je doen - Opvolgen van openstaande bestellingen die vanuit het distributiecentrum naar onze monteurs zijn verzonden; - Contact opnemen met monteurs om te zorgen dat ontvangen bestellingen netjes geregistreerd worden; - Controleren van gemelde manco's en uitzoeken waar spullen zijn gebleven; - Escaleren van knelpunten naar de betreffende monteurs-coach als een situatie daarom vraagt; - Verwerken van logistieke correcties die voortkomen uit retourzendingen; - Bijhouden van accurate gegevens in onze logistieke administratieve systemen; - Signaleren van terugkerende knelpunten en actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen. Dit zien we graag in jou Je bent een doortastende aanpakker die nauwkeurig werkt en zich niet snel uit het veld laat slaan. Met jouw communicatieve talent en nieuwsgierige instelling duik je graag in de details om problemen snel op te lossen.
