- / Supply Chain Medewerker Inkoop AdobeStock 499354833 Ter versterking van onze team zijn wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain Medewerker Inkoop | 40 uur per week Jouw rol Als Supply Chain Medewerker Inkoop zorg je ervoor dat het operationele inkoopproces soepel verloopt. Jij houdt overzicht over onze bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat producten op het juiste moment en op de juiste manier binnenkomen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen, opvolgen en bewaken van inkooporders. Je hebt dagelijks contact met onze leveranciers, houdt levertijden en order statussen nauwlettend in de gaten en schakelt direct wanneer iets afwijkt van de planning. Daarnaast coördineer je de logistieke afhandeling van onze bestellingen. Denk hierbij aan transporten, containers en de bijbehorende documentatie. Je controleert orderbevestigingen, paklijsten en andere documenten en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie rondom onze orders correct en compleet is. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met Product Management, Sales, Finance en onze leveranciers. Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd en zorgt ervoor dat openstaande zaken worden opgevolgd en opgelost. Kortom, jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten worden besteld, opgevolgd en geleverd zoals afgesproken en dat het gehele proces daaromheen goed geregeld is. Dit ben jij: - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed plannen - Je bent proactief en houdt ervan om zaken goed op te volgen - Je vindt het leuk om dagelijks contact te hebben met leveranciers - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en prioriteiten - Je bent communicatief sterk en staat stevig in je schoenen - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed - Ervaring binnen inkoop, supply chain of logistiek is een pré - Ervaring met SAP is een pré De voordelen: - Salaris afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring - 28 vakantiedagen o.b.v. 40 uur - Personeelskorting op onze producten - Ruim...
