Voor onze klant, een innovatief en sterk groeiend productiebedrijf in Genk, zoeken wij een Supply Chain Officer om het bestaande team te versterken. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar je als rechterhand van de Supply Chain Manager een sleutelrol speelt binnen de volledige supply chain.

Jobomschrijving

Als Supply Chain Officer zorg je mee voor een vlotte, efficiënte en gestroomlijnde werking van de volledige supply chain. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van planning en inkoop tot logistiek, voorraadbeheer en facturatie.Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals Operations, Sales, Finance en Quality, en onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers. Daarnaast analyseer je processen, detecteer je knelpunten en zet je verbeteringen om in concrete acties. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Manager.beheren van inkooplijsten, opvolgen van jaarorders en afkeur in overleg met Quality.coördineren van goederenstromen van ontvangst tot levering en bewaken van tijdige, correcte leveringen.bepalen van bestelniveaus, reduceren van voorraden, organiseren van stocktellingen en volledige ownership over het proces.

Je hebt een opleiding in Supply Chain Management, logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Je kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen als supply chain assistent, coördinator of officer.Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.Je neemt ownership, brengt structuur en werkt nauwkeurig met data en processen.Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en respecteert deadlines.Je hebt een pioniersmentaliteit en enthousiasme om mee te bouwen aan nieuwe processen in een snelgroeiende omgeving.Affiniteit met de metaalsector is een pluspunt.
