Als Senior Demand & Supply Planner speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van onze supply chain voor de EMEA-regio. Je bent de spil tussen sales, marketing, finance en operations. Jouw doel? Zorgen dat innovatieve, hoogwaardige producten op het juiste moment, op de juiste plaats én in de juiste hoeveelheid beschikbaar zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol combineer je data-analyse met sterk stakeholdermanagement. Jouw dagelijkse focus ligt op:

  • Voorspellen & Plannen: Je ontwikkelt en beheert betrouwbare demand forecasts op basis van geavanceerde analytics, marktinformatie en historische data.
  • S&OP Leiderschap: Je trekt de maandelijkse S&OP-cycli, deelt waardevolle inzichten en brengt proactief risico’s en kansen in kaart.
  • Voorraadoptimalisatie: Je bewaakt de voorraadniveaus nauwkeurig, volgt KPI’s op de voet en ondersteunt de succesvolle introductie van nieuwe producten (NPIs) en productlevenscycli.
  • Internationale Connectie: Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de EMEA commerciële teams en Customer Service. Je vertaalt de marktvraag naar concrete beschikbaarheidscijfers.
  • Procesverbetering: Je beheert planningsdata in onze ERP- en Advanced Planning-systemen, en helpt mee om processen verder te digitaliseren en automatiseren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je bent een ervaren planner die zowel strategisch meedenkt als hands-on problemen oplost. Je houdt van structuur, bent communicatief ijzersterk en herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een master- of bacheloropleiding in Supply Chain, Business of een gerelateerd veld, aangevuld met ruime ervaring (bij voorkeur minstens 10 jaar in een internationale supply chain, idealiter binnen MedTech, Pharma of FMCG).
  • Analytisch & Tech-savvy: Je bent analytisch en detailgeoriënteerd. Ervaring met geavanceerde ERP-systemen en planningssoftware is een grote plus.
  • Communicatie: Je bouwt sterke relaties op met diverse afdelingen en kunt complexe data helder overbrengen.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels is essentieel; extra Europese talen zijn een mooie troef.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en integer. Je pakt uitdagingen met de nodige urgentie aan en neemt eigenaarschap over jouw processen.
