Wir suchen motivierte Absolvent_innen, die gemeinsam mit uns die Supply Chain von morgen gestalten. Von der Auftragssteuerung über Produktionsplanung bis hin zu spannenden Digitalisierungsprojekten - bei uns erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in das Herzstück eines produzierenden Unternehmens und du gestaltest mit uns neue Wege. 1 Supply Chain & Operation Kaufmännische Auftragsprüfung - Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft, bevor ein Auftrag in die Umsetzung geht.

* Prüfung eingehender Kundenaufträge auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Preis-, Vertrags- und Lieferbedingungen

* Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Sales Offices bei Korrekturen und Anpassungen

Operative Auftragssteuerung - Du steuerst aktiv unsere Lieferfähigkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit.

* Verantwortung für den monatlichen Forecast- und Allokationsprozess

* Überwachung des gesamten Order-to-Delivery-Prozesses

* Koordination zwischen Produktionsplanung, Customer Service und Vertrieb

* Eskalationsmanagement bei Liefer- und Terminabweichungen

* Proaktive Kommunikation bei kritischen Aufträgen

Schnittstelle zur Logistik - Du hältst die Fäden zwischen Kundenanforderungen und Lieferprozessen zusammen.

* Monitoring der Lagerentwicklung & Koordination der Versandplanung sowie Abstimmung von Transportkapazitäten und Prioritäten

* Überwachung der Lieferperformance und Ableitung von

* Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Produktionsplanung - Du lernst die Produktionswelt von Grund auf kennen.

* Stellvertretende Mitarbeit in der Grob- und Feinplanung

* Unterstützung bei der optimalen Auslastung unserer

* Produktionskapazitäten

Prozessmanagement & Digitalisierung - Du denkst nicht nur mit - du gestaltest aktiv.

* Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der Auftrags- und Logistikprozesse

* Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten

* Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Reports und Analysen zur Unternehmenssteuerung

Das bringst du mit

* Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Neugier und Mut

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft/Technik

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an komplexen * Zusammenhängen

* Interesse an Prozessen, Daten und operativen Abläufen

* Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Erste Praktika oder Projekterfahrungen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
