Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je bent de eigenaar van het volledige administratieve en logistieke proces van de productgroep food acties & vers en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid in:

  • Systeem- & Voorraadbeheer: Je beheert artikelinstellingen en parameters, bewaakt voorraadnauwkeurigheid en volgt kwaliteitsmeldingen op.
  • Operationeel Bestelproces: Je plaatst bestellingen, beheert retourstromen en stemt de goederenverdeling tussen distributiecentrum en filialen af met logistiek en inkoop.
  • Analyse & Rapportage: Je analyseert trends, bestelvolumes en knelpunten en vertaalt deze data naar concrete stuurinformatie.
  • Optimalisatie & Projecten: Je signaleert proactief verbeteringen in werkprocessen, ondersteunt bij projecten en houdt alle werkinstructies up-to-date.
  • Samenwerking: Je fungeert als vast aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partners en rapporteert knelpunten direct aan je leidinggevende.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt een nuchtere, probleemoplossende instelling: je ziet werk en pakt het vast.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een grote affiniteit met cijfermatige analyses (basiskennis Google spreadsheets is een must).
  • Je bent een bruggenbouwer die vlot communiceert met verschillende afdelingen en teamspirit hoog in het vaandel draagt.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en blijft koelbloedig in de dynamische en snelle wereld van retail.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om mee te groeien met een organisatie die nooit stilstaat.
