The posting

Als ervaren Supply Chain Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige planning van het Inbound Supply Chain proces. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het beheren van inbound bestellingen, het volgen van leveringen en het optimaliseren van onze masterdata. In nauwe samenwerking met de outboundplanner, waarbij jullie elkaar als back-up ondersteunen, rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bestellingen ingeven aan de hand van de stocknoden
  • Opmaak productieplanning
  • Transportplanning
  • Planning externe magazijnen
  • Opvolgen van het tijdig leveren van binnenkomende (inbound) bestellingen zoals o.a. IBC-grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen, paletten, PBM’s…
  • Factuuropvolging bestellingen en externe magazijnen
  • Actie nemen bij zaken die misgelopen zijn
  • Hier ga je het effect op de productieplanning opvolgen en eventuele wijzigingen bespreken
  • Actieplannen opstellen voor leveranciers naar aanleiding van voorgevallen problemen
  • je behaalde een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting;
  • je hebt minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een productie-/ industriële omgeving en hebt reeds ervaring met produktieplanning;
  • je bent analytisch en organisatorisch sterk, uitgesproken resultaatgericht en een echte problem-solver. Daarnaast ben je een teamplayer die echter ook zeer goed zelfstandig kan werken. Als je daarnaast ook een gezonde dosis assertiviteit in je hebt om change te kunnen realiseren in de organisatie is het helemaal TOP !
  • je hebt een goede kennis van Excel (kennis van formules, pivot table,…) en bij voorkeur ook van SAP
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
