The posting

Als Supply Chain Planner is de kandidaat verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van het supply chain-gebeuren (zowel inbound als outbound). Dit omvat de inbound bestellingen, de productieplanning, transportplanning en de afstemming met externe magazijnen. In deze rol werkt de planner nauw samen met een collega Supply Chain Planner, waarbij ze fungeren als elkaars back-up. De positie rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het ingeven van bestellingen op basis van de actuele voorraadbehoefte.
  • Het opstellen van de productieplanning voor citroenzuur en de bijbehorende bijproducten.
  • Het beheren van de transportplanning en de planning van externe magazijnen.
  • Het opvolgen en garanderen van tijdelijke leveringen van binnenkomende (inbound) goederen, zoals grondstoffen (o.a. in IBC's), verpakkingsmaterialen, paletten en PBM's.
  • De administratieve opvolging van facturen voor bestellingen en externe magazijnen.
  • Het proactief oplossen van afwijkingen of incidenten, het evalueren van de impact hiervan op de productieplanning en het doorvoeren van noodzakelijke aanpassingen.
  • Het opstellen van actieplannen voor leveranciers bij terugkerende of acute problemen.
  • Een afgerond bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een probleemoplossende instelling.
  • Organisatorisch onderlegd met een goed gevoel voor planning en prioriteiten.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office (met name geavanceerd Excel, zoals formules en draaitabellen).
  • Ervaring met of kennis van SAP is een duidelijke pluspunt.
  • Resultaatgericht, veelzijdig en initiatiefrijk.
  • Een collegiale teamplayer die eveneens zelfstandig uit de voeten kan.
  • Assertief, nauwkeurig, gemotiveerd en stressbestendig.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
