Wat ga jij doen? In de rol van Supply Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de korte termijnplanning (0-3 maanden) van voorraad voor de klant. Door middel van forecasting en planning zorg je voor de optimale voorraadhoogte en vind je het een sport om deze te optimaliseren. Dit stem je af met de fabriek in Cebu (Filippijnen) en verschillende leveranciers in Europa. Hierbij houd je rekening met o.a. levertijden van leveranciers, minimale bestelhoeveelheden, capaciteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, seizoensinvloeden. In deze rol ben je onderdeel van de Supply Planning afdeling en werk je nauw samen met Category Management, Inkoop, Logistiek en Artikelbeheer. Door met veel teams samen te werken en door de juiste begeleiding krijg jij de kans om jouw rol en de organisatie snel nog beter te leren kennen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jouw dagelijkse bezigheden: - Bewaken van de voorraadbeschikbaarheid op korte termijn, inclusief analyse van eventuele tekorten en bijbehorende preventieve acties; - Definiëren van een optimaal voorraadniveau om de balans tussen voorraadbeschikbaarheid en voorraadwaarde te bewaken; - Maandelijks onderhouden van een realistisch operationeel inkoopplan; - Monitoren van rapportages met betrekking tot voorraadontwikkeling en voorraadbetrouwbaarheid; - Analyseren en opvolgen van de KPI's; - Opzetten en uitzetten van projecten binnen de voorraad; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en het adviseren van interne stakeholders. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in de richting van logistiek of supply chain, aangevuld met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een planningsrol; - Een goed begrip van planning, voorraadbeheer en logistieke processen; - Uitstekend...
