Als Productieplanner speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze operationele werking.

Je zorgt ervoor dat productieorders op de juiste momenten worden ingepland en bewaakt de optimale inzet van mensen, materialen en capaciteit.

Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot verloopt en de verwachtingen van klanten worden nagekomen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en beheren van een efficiënte productieplanning op korte en lange termijn.
  • Omzetten van klantorders naar een haalbare en realistische planning voor de verpakkingslijnen.
  • Continu evalueren en verbeteren van de planning om capaciteit en rendement te optimaliseren.
  • Afstemmen met aankoop, logistiek en magazijn over de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Opmaak en opvolging van de personeelsplanning binnen de toegewezen productieafdelingen.
  • Bewaken van deadlines, prioriteiten en productiecapaciteit.
  • Tijdig signaleren van mogelijke knelpunten en voorstellen van oplossingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten en verbeterinitiatieven binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen productieplanning, supply chain of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent sterk in het analyseren van gegevens en planningen.
  • Je bent gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt ook onder druk het overzicht.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet verschillende partijen op één lijn te krijgen.
  • Tot slot neem je verantwoordelijkheid en werk je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt.
