The posting

Voor een gevestigde industriële productieorganisatie in regio Vlaams-Brabant zijn we op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner. Je komt terecht in een technisch georiënteerde productieomgeving waar verschillende processen, grondstoffen, transporten en externe magazijnen dagelijks op elkaar moeten worden afgestemd.

In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen de supply chain. Je combineert productieplanning, inbound planning, transportplanning en voorraadopvolging en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende schakels goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt nauw samen met een collega-planner en rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je stelt de productieplanning op en stuurt deze bij waar nodig.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen op basis van de actuele en toekomstige voorraadbehoeften.
  • Je volgt inkomende leveringen van onder andere grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen, paletten en andere productiebenodigdheden op.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de transportplanning.
  • Je plant en volgt de activiteiten van externe magazijnen op.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en grijpt proactief in wanneer vertragingen of problemen ontstaan.
  • Je analyseert welke impact wijzigingen of problemen hebben op de productieplanning en stemt hierover af met de betrokken partijen.
  • Je volgt facturen van bestellingen en externe magazijnen mee op.
  • Je bespreekt terugkerende problemen met leveranciers en stelt waar nodig actieplannen op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders om de volledige supply chain vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, supply chain of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Je denkt analytisch en bent sterk in het oplossen van problemen.
  • Plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen behoren tot je sterke punten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en Excel, waaronder formules en draaitabellen.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt resultaatgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent communicatief, assertief en weet het hoofd koel te houden wanneer de planning onverwacht verandert.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
