Onze klant is een middelgroot bedrijf, gevestigd in West-Vlaanderen, het is actief in het ontwerpen en produceren van metalen structuren voor opslagtoepassingen. De organisatie bedient hoofdzakelijk professionele klanten en specialiseert zich in oplossingen voor magazijninrichting. Met een bescheiden team van enkele tientallen medewerkers, levert het bedrijf zowel standaardoplossingen als maatwerk.

Hoewel het deel uitmaakt van een grotere groep, behoudt het bedrijf een eigen operationele identiteit en een technische focus. Het heeft een stevige positie binnen zijn nichemarkt en richt zich op duurzaamheid, efficiëntie en veiligheid binnen industriële omgevingen.

Jobomschrijving

Als supply chain planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande taken:

  • Opstarten en beheren van bestellingen tussen de verschillende interne sites via een ERP-pakket;
  • Transporten regelen en opvolgen met behulp van een planningsplatform;
  • Het volledige traject van je bestellingen opvolgen, van invoer tot levering;
  • Tijdig signaleren van tekorten en oplossingsgericht reageren met oog voor kosten en service;
  • Zorgen dat specifieke grondstoffen tijdig op de juiste plek raken;
  • Je neemt een flexibele rol op binnen het team zodat continuïteit verzekerd blijft.

Als toekomstig supply chain planner herken je jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Je hebt bachelor of een master in een logistiek georiënteerde richting of ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je communiceert vlot in drie talen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Je kan goed omgaan met druk en houdt ervan om dingen praktisch aan te pakken;
  • Je werkt graag samen, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk.
