Je analyseert verkoopdata, klantinformatie en marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze inzichten naar betrouwbare voorspellingen, een haalbare supplyplanning of inkooporders. Daarmee geef je richting aan de benodigde capaciteit en de tijdige inkoop van de behoefte aan bloemen, planten en verpakkingen. Je verwerkt de forecasts in het systeem, zodat de benodigde volumes en capaciteit tijdig zichtbaar zijn voor de betrokken afdelingen. Daarnaast stem je de vraagontwikkeling en de haalbaarheid van de planning af met Sales, Inkoop, Productie, Supply Chain of kwekers. Zo verbind je de commerciële vraag met de beschikbare producten, verpakkingen en productiecapaciteit en zorg je voor rust, overzicht en een goede voorbereiding in de organisatie. Omdat de afdeling volop in ontwikkeling is, denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van forecastmethodieken, processen en systemen zoals Power BI. Je houdt forecasts continu actueel op basis van nieuwe inzichten en komt proactief met ideeën om het werk slimmer, efficiënter en datagedrevener te maken. Dit breng je mee Jij bent analytisch sterk, werkt graag met data en vindt het leuk om informatie te verzamelen, te interpreteren en te vertalen naar praktische inzichten. Je doorgrondt de verwachte klantvraag en vertaalt deze naar een haalbare planning voor inkoop, productie en capaciteit. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een betrouwbare uitvoering van de planning.
