Voor een stabiele organisatie in de regio Sint-Niklaas zijn we op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner die energie haalt uit het afstemmen van planning, voorraad, aankoop en productie. Je bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van materialen, volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer leveringen of planningen dreigen te vertragen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert de toekomstige behoeften en vertaalt deze naar een haalbare aankoop- en bevoorradingsplanning.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen, volgt orderbevestigingen en bewaakt actief de afgesproken leveringstermijnen.
  • Je houdt voorraadniveaus en productiebehoeften continu in het oog en stuurt bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers en onderneemt actie bij vertragingen, tekorten of andere afwijkingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met aankoop, productie en planning en ondersteunt de optimalisatie van de dagelijkse supply chain.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie en bent vertrouwd met een productieomgeving waarin planning en beschikbaarheid belangrijk zijn.
  • Je hebt ervaring met demand planning, materiaalplanning, supply chain planning, aankoop of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en kunt vlot werken met cijfers en planningen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans voor contacten met leveranciers.
