Als Supply Chain Planner | Forecasting & Demand Planning zorg je ervoor dat vraag en aanbod optimaal op elkaar worden afgestemd. Je analyseert forecastgegevens, bewaakt trends en werkt samen met verschillende teams om tot een betrouwbare planning te komen.

Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen Sales, Marketing, Operations en Supply Chain. Met jouw inzichten help je de organisatie om voorraad en beschikbaarheid optimaal te beheren en speel je een actieve rol binnen het S&OP-proces.

Jouw takenpakket?

  • Je analyseert historische verkoopgegevens, trends en marktinformatie en vertaalt deze naar betrouwbare forecasts.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de demand planning en zorgt ervoor dat forecasts tijdig worden aangepast wanneer de vraag verandert.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de maandelijkse demand review samen met Sales en Marketing.
  • Je analyseert forecastafwijkingen en brengt mogelijke oorzaken en verbeterpunten in kaart.
  • Je volgt relevante KPI's rond forecasting, voorraad en servicelevels op.
  • Je werkt mee aan het bepalen van optimale voorraadniveaus en safety stocks.
  • Je denkt mee over productbeschikbaarheid en productallocaties wanneer de vraag het beschikbare aanbod overstijgt.
  • Je ondersteunt het S&OP-proces en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen de verschillende betrokken afdelingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing, Operations en Supply Chain.
  • Je brengt data en inzichten op een duidelijke manier over naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over oplossingen en procesverbeteringen.
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiëntere planning, een optimale voorraad en een hoge servicegraad.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten die de verdere professionalisering en digitalisering van demand planning ondersteunen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische, logistieke of supply chain-gerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen demand planning, forecasting, supply chain of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch en kunt grote hoeveelheden informatie vlot interpreteren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van forecasting, voorraadbeheer en supply chain-processen.
  • Je kunt data vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en concrete acties.
  • Ervaring met S&OP is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent proactief, kritisch en denkt graag mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Een goede kennis van planningstools en ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is vereist; Frans is een pluspunt.
