Supply Chain Planner / Inkoper 24-09-2026 Lus Health | Maassluis | Fulltime Jij wilt een rol die verder kijkt dan vandaag Je hebt je eerste ervaring in planning, inkoop of supply chain al opgedaan. Je kent het ritme van een keten, je hebt geleerd te improviseren als een levering vertraagt, en je hebt gezien wat het oplevert als je verder vooruitkijkt. Nu wil je meer: een rol waarin je zelf een keten kan gaan doorgronden, afspraken en contracten leert vastleggen, en meedenkt waar het bedrijf over een paar jaar staat. Bij Lus Health kun jij die rol vinden! De uitdaging Wij maken gezonde, duurzame en clean-label ingrediënten en eindproducten voor supplementmerken in binnen en buitenland. Algenolie met omega 3, MCT olie en een Clean-label MCT poeder, elektrolyten, astaxanthine uit algen en nog veel meer. Van ingrediënt tot eindproduct, in huis of deels uitbesteed. Onze keten groeit mee met onze klanten, en dat vraagt om iemand die verder kijkt dan de eerstvolgende order: die contracten vastlegt voordat de tijdsdruk toeslaat, die leveranciersrelaties bouwt die langer meegaan dan één order, die weet wat het kost om iets op voorraad te houden, die onze operationele afdeling kan ontzorgen. Denk hierbij aan grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen, halffabricaten en contract producties elk met hun eigen dynamiek en (technische) uitdagingen. Op dit moment gebeurt dat naast het dagelijkse operationele werk, verdeeld over verschillende mensen, met te weinig ruimte om echt vooruit te plannen dus valt er ook wel eens wat van tafel. Kansen om scherper in te kopen of slimmer te plannen, blijven daardoor te vaak liggen. Hoe je hier komt Je begint met de operationele planning en inkoop, in nauwe samenwerking met ons operationele team. Leveranciers leren kennen, doorlooptijden aanvoelen, technische productkennis opdoen, voelen hoe de keten in elkaar zit, dat is de leerschool voor wat erna komt.
