Deze sterke kmo in de regio Moeskroen is actief als hoofdverdeler binnen de vrijetijdsindustrie. Ze leveren, installeren en onderhouden technische systemen, met een focus op service en klanttevredenheid. Van interventies op afstand tot complexe installaties op locatie: het team zorgt voor een volledige ontzorging van de klant.

De onderneming telt meer dan 50 medewerkers en is actief in heel Europa. Vanuit de vestiging in Moeskroen worden planning, magazijn en distributie aangestuurd. De interne sfeer is positief, collegiaal en servicegericht, met veel onderling contact tussen collega’s. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Planningen opstellen voor leveringen, transporten en installaties.
  • Installatieteams en externe partners aansturen, inclusief het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten bij vragen over leverdata, wijzigingen of praktische afspraken.
  • Magazijn aansturen rond bestellingen, vertrekinfo en beschikbaarheid van goederen.
  • Problemen analyseren en verbeteringen voorstellen op basis van projectdata.
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in organisatie of logistiek, of groeide in je vorige job uit tot een natuurlijke planner en coördinator.
  • Aansturen van mensen, schakelen met klanten en meerdere dossiers tegelijk beheren; dat ligt jou helemaal.
  • Je denkt analytisch, ziet snel waar iets misloopt en stelt verbeteringen voor die het verschil maken in de praktijk.
  • Gezien de markt waarbinnen dit bedrijf actief is, spreek en schrijf je uitstekend Nederlands en Frans.
