Jouw rol

In deze dynamische functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van transportopdrachten voor diverse metalen, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Dit kan gaan om transport per vrachtwagen, schip of zeecontainer. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, collega-planners, transporteurs, expediteurs, commercie, vestigingen en andere interne en externe stakeholders.

Jouw doel? Zorgen dat alles zo efficiënt, accuraat en veilig mogelijk verloopt. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en rapportage van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.

Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?

- Inplannen van transportopdrachten .

- Coördineren van transporteurs en expediteurs.

- Schakelen met interne en externe stakeholders voor een vlekkeloze supply chain keten.

- Administratieve voorbereiding, afhandeling en rapportage van transporten.

- Fungeren als vraagbaak voor klanten en transporteurs.

- Actief adviseren over verbeterkansen.
