Als Supply Chain Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid van de juiste voorraad op de juiste locatie binnen het netwerk, zodat er optimaal kan ingespeeld worden op de klantenvraag. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de coördinatie tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een efficiënte werking van de supply chain.

Wat ga je doen?

Demand planning en voorraadbeheer:

  • Opstellen en onderhouden van de verwachte vraag door input van categoriemanagement, verkoop en operationele data te consolideren.
  • Evalueren van bestelvoorstellen en plaatsen van bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Beheren van transferbestellingen en balanceren van voorraad tussen magazijnen.
  • Monitoren van voorraadrotaties en initiëren van acties om voorraadveroudering en trage rotatie te voorkomen. Leveranciers- en logistiekbeheer:
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van leveringen en oplossen van eventuele leverings- of facturatieproblemen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering van nieuwe artikelcreaties.
  • Samenwerken met transport en warehousing om aanlever- en transferplannen af te stemmen op logistieke mogelijkheden.
  • Opvolgen van leverbetrouwbaarheid en samenwerken met category management en inkoop om verbeteringen door te voeren. Operationele ondersteuning:
  • Samenwerken met verkoop bij producttekorten en klantenallocaties.
  • Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de unit Brands.
  • Meewerken aan de voortdurende verbetering van herbevoorradingsstrategieën en -processen.
  • Resultaat- en commercieel gericht, dynamisch en proactief.
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig en georganiseerd kunnen werken.
  • Ervaring met SAP-modules (MM en SD) is een must.
  • Een 3-tal jaar ervaring in supply chain planning.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bedrijfseconomische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
