In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat logistieke processen soepel verlopen én draag je actief bij aan verbeteringen binnen de supply chain. Manpower is op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner voor een werkgever in De Kwakel.

Als Supply Chain Planner – intern bekend als Operations Support Officer – ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het logistieke proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt en ondersteunt bij het verbeteren van processen en prestaties. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met collega’s van logistiek, planning en verkoop.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Begeleiden van het logistieke proces van inslag, orderpicking, verwerking en verlading

- Monitoren van de kwaliteit van processen en waar nodig bijsturen om doelstellingen te behalen

- Onderhouden van contact met verkopers, logistieke teamleiders en voormannen

- Ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse planning en voorbereiding van logistieke werkzaamheden

- Analyseren van logistieke vraagstukken en signaleren van verbeterkansen

- Bijdragen aan verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiency en doorlooptijd

Na een uitgebreid inwerktraject krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en werk je samen met collega’s aan verbeterprojecten en strategische vraagstukken binnen de supply chain.

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.100,- per maand

- Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling van de werkgever

- Direct op contract bij de werkgever

- Functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week

- Een betrokken team met korte lijnen en een informele werksfeer
