Hou jij ervan om een complexe productieplanning als een puzzel perfect in elkaar te laten vallen?

Voor een gevestigde productieomgeving in regio Menen zoeken we een Supply Chain Planner die graag het overzicht bewaart wanneer verschillende prioriteiten samenkomen. Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie waar productie, aankoop en logistiek nauw op elkaar aansluiten en een goede planning rechtstreeks impact heeft op de dagelijkse werking.

Als Supply Chain Planner neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over een deel van de productieplanning. Doorheen het jaar krijg je te maken met wisselende volumes, forecasts, bijkomende bestellingen en beschikbare productiecapaciteit. Aan jou om al die elementen samen te brengen tot een haalbare planning en tijdig bij te sturen wanneer de situatie verandert.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • De korte- en middellange productieplanning voor chocoladetabletten bouw je op vanuit forecasts, klantorders en beschikbare capaciteit
  • Tijdens de stevige seizoenspieken leg je dagelijks een complexe puzzel waarbij volumes, machines, voorraden en commerciële vragen op elkaar moeten aansluiten
  • Voorraad en productiecapaciteit volg je nauwgezet op, zodat je tijdig kunt anticiperen op tekorten, wijzigingen of bijkomende bestellingen
  • Intensief contact met Productie, Sales, Customer Service, Aankoop en Logistiek helpt je om commerciële behoeften te vertalen naar een haalbare planning
  • Regelmatig ben je op de productievloer te vinden, waar je rechtstreeks afstemt met de lijnverantwoordelijken en snel bijstuurt wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Een bachelor denkniveau geeft je de nodige basis om complexe planningsvraagstukken snel te doorgronden
  • Idealiter breng je 5 jaar ervaring in productieplanning mee, waarbij ervaring binnen de voedingssector een duidelijke meerwaarde vormt
  • Ervaring met SAP is noodzakelijk en je kunt vlot overweg met Excel en ERP-systemen
  • Nederlands beheers je goed en je kunt je voldoende uitdrukken in Frans en Engels; ook tijdens stevige piekmomenten behoud je rust en overzicht
