Supply Chain & Administratie (circa 65%) Je helpt mee om onze supply chain soepel te laten verlopen en zorgt dat alle informatie klopt. Daarbij houd je contact met leveranciers en collega's binnen de organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inkopen van goederen en grondstoffen - Coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen - Bewaken van levertijden en voorraadniveaus - Uitvoeren van voorraadcontroles - Verwerken van administratieve gegevens - Onderhouden van leverancierscontacten AI & Procesoptimalisatie (circa 35%) Hier ligt een unieke kans. Je helpt PaperFoam om de mogelijkheden van AI verder te benutten. Je hoeft geen programmeur of AI-specialist te zijn, maar je vindt het wel leuk om nieuwe toepassingen te ontdekken en in de praktijk te brengen. Zo ga je onder andere: - Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren en verbeteren - Kansen voor AI binnen de organisatie signaleren - Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen Microsoft 365, ERP en - andere systemen implementeren - Collega's ondersteunen en trainen - Meewerken aan automatisering en kostenreductie - Bijdragen aan nieuwe procedures en werkwijze Wat vragen wij? Je bent iemand die graag dingen organiseert, structuur aanbrengt en kansen ziet om slimmer te werken.
