The posting

Binnen het team Manufacturing Logistics & Supply zorg je ervoor dat geneesmiddelen tijdig en efficiënt beschikbaar zijn voor klanten en patiënten. Je ondersteunt het team Production Planning bij proces- en systeemgerelateerde vraagstukken en werkt samen met globale proces- en supportteams.

Je combineert operationele supply chain-kennis met projectmanagement en procesverbetering. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten, ondersteunt cross-functionele teams en helpt de supply chain verder te optimaliseren op vlak van planning, voorraadbeheer, systemen en efficiëntie.

  • Je ondersteunt het Production Planning team bij proces- en systeemgerelateerde vragen.
  • Je werkt samen met globale proces- en supportteams en stemt acties en oplossingen af over verschillende teams heen.
  • Je leidt of coördineert middelgrote projecten en bewaakt hierbij planning, middelen en voortgang.
  • Je analyseert supply chain-vraagstukken en werkt zelfstandig aan oplossingen voor complexe of niet-standaard situaties.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning en forecasting van belangrijke gebeurtenissen en nieuwe productlanceringen.
  • Je monitort KPI's en coördineert cross-functionele teams om supply chain-initiatieven succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je begeleidt operationele teams bij projectmanagement en helpt bij het inschatten van benodigde resources.
  • Je identificeert mogelijkheden om producten, processen en dienstverlening verder te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt het maken van afspraken tussen verschillende teams en stakeholders.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor inventory planning en de coördinatie ervan.
  • Je stimuleert continue procesverbetering en efficiëntie binnen de supply chain.
  • Je monitort de houdbaarheid van voorraden en volgt mogelijke risico's rond inventory op.
  • Je communiceert over vraag- en aanbodproblemen en voert root cause analyses uit bij afwijkingen in voorraad.
  • Je gebruikt ERP-systemen en rapporteringstools om supply chain- en shipmentproblemen te analyseren en op te lossen.
  • Je ondersteunt nieuwe programma's en activiteiten die bijdragen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
  • Je deelt kennis met collega's en begeleidt waar nodig minder ervaren teamleden.
  • Heb je ervaring binnen Production Planning?
  • Beschik je over een bacheloropleiding met minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring of een masteropleiding met minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring?
  • Heb je ervaring met projectmanagement en het aansturen of coördineren van cross-functionele teams?
  • Heb je relevante ervaring binnen Supply Chain en Logistics, bij voorkeur binnen de farmaceutische sector of een vergelijkbare gereguleerde omgeving?
  • Heb je een goede kennis van supply chain-processen, planning en voorraadbeheer?
  • Beschik je over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden?
  • Communiceer je vlot in het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling?
  • Kun je complexe informatie duidelijk presenteren aan verschillende stakeholders?
  • Beschik je over sterke computervaardigheden en werk je vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel en PowerPoint?
  • Heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP?
  • Werk je zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig?
  • Kun je goed omgaan met situaties waarin niet alle informatie of oplossingen vooraf vastliggen?
  • Ben je sterk in stakeholdermanagement en kun je verschillende teams rond een oplossing samenbrengen?
