De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je coördineert en ondersteunt de aankoop van verpakkingen en ingrediënten volgens de afgesproken planning en afspraken.
  • Je beheert en volgt de grondstofcontracten op met leveranciers, inclusief volumes, tijden en onderhandelingen.
  • Je stelt en bijstert de productieplanning en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je signaleert risico's zoals tekorten en wijzigingen, en stelt voorstellen voor oplossingen voor.
  • Je borgt de kwaliteitscontrole door kwaliteitsprocessen uit te voeren en te volgen.
  • Je maakt en beheert de producten in het ERP-systeem en zorgt voor een correcte administratie.
  • Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis en werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie, logistiek, verkoop en kwaliteit.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je bent iemand met een passie voor planning en aankoop.
  • Je besluitvaardig en proactief in het beheer van grondstofcontracten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van ERP-systemen en administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's en leveranciers.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlands taal perfect, zowel mondeling als geschrift.
