In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van productbeschikbaarheid, het verbeteren van processen en het ondersteunen van groei binnen een dynamische supply chain omgeving. De organisatie groeit hard, werkt internationaal en kenmerkt zich door een informele, toegankelijke cultuur met een sterk familiegevoel. Engels is de dagelijkse voertaal; andere talen zijn welkom, maar geen vereiste. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen vraag, voorraad en levering. Je zorgt voor overzicht, signaleert knelpunten en helpt de organisatie vooruit met data en inzicht. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van commerciële input en marktinformatie naar betrouwbare planningen - Bewaken van de balans tussen klantvraag, beschikbare capaciteit en voorraad - Analyseren van data om trends, afwijkingen en risico's vroegtijdig te herkennen - Ondersteunen van bestelprocessen en afstemming met leveranciers en interne stakeholders - Actief volgen van voorraadontwikkelingen en levertijden - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen processen, systemen en samenwerking - Meewerken aan projecten rondom groei, optimalisatie en verandering - Opstellen van rapportages en inzichten ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming -> Procedures liggen niet altijd vast: je krijgt ruimte om zelf structuur aan te brengen en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
