Wij zoeken een: Supply Chain Trainee

Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende logistieke speler in de Haven van Antwerpen en biedt ambitieuze schoolverlaters de kans om via een traineeship de wereld van Supply Chain en logistiek van binnenuit te leren kennen. Je komt terecht in een internationale en dynamische omgeving waar je wordt begeleid door ervaren leidinggevenden en volop kansen krijgt om jezelf professioneel te ontwikkelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opmaken van analyses en rapporteringen voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Beheren en controleren van data om de efficiëntie van bedrijfsprocessen te garanderen en te optimaliseren.
  • Uitvoeren van kritische data-analyses en vertalen van resultaten naar duidelijke inzichten en rapportages.
  • Ondersteunen van administratieve processen en projecten.
  • Assisteren van leidinggevenden in uiteenlopende operationele en organisatorische taken.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen bestaande processen en actief meedenken over optimalisaties.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van de agenda van een directielid.
  • Organiseren van vergaderingen, opmaken van notulen en verzorgen van de verdere opvolging.
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen de logistieke organisatie.
  • Rapporteren aan de betrokken leidinggevenden en directie.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur met afstudeerrichting in Logistiek, Supply Chain of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je bent een starter of recent afgestudeerde met een sterke interesse in logistiek.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en een professionele kennis van Engels.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met extra aandacht voor Excel.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een natuurlijke interesse in data.
  • Administratief sterk en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Communicatief vaardig en vlot in samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Leergierig, proactief en klaar om uitdagingen aan te gaan.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B én eigen vervoersmiddel is essentieel.
