Forecasting, S&OP, planning & procesoptimalisatie

Voor een sterk groeiende productieomgeving binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Supply Chain Manager.

In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige supply chain. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen sales, productie, logistiek, leveranciers en klanten en zorgt ervoor dat vraag en aanbod optimaal op elkaar worden afgestemd.

Je komt terecht in een compacte organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, waar je samen met een klein team een zichtbare impact maakt. Naast de dagelijkse operationele opvolging krijg je de ruimte om forecasting, S&OP, voorraadbeheer en supply chain-processen verder te professionaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Supply Chain Manager neem je een brede en hands-on verantwoordelijkheid op:

  • Je beheert forecasting, demand planning, klantenorders en voorraadniveaus en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte productie- en supply planning.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van klantenorders.
  • Je bewaakt de afstemming tussen klantvraag, productiecapaciteit, voorraad en logistieke mogelijkheden.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en hulpstoffen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor een optimale productie.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol binnen het S&OP-proces en levert analyses en inzichten rond vraag, capaciteit, voorraad en toekomstige behoeften.
  • Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus en optimaliseert het voorraadbeleid en de planningsprocessen.
  • Je analyseert supply chain-data en KPI's en identificeert verbeterpunten.
  • Je initieert en implementeert verbeteringen binnen de supply chain en het ERP-systeem.
  • Je bewaakt de efficiëntie van de volledige keten en zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je stuurt een klein team aan en staat in voor de dagelijkse begeleiding, coaching en ontwikkeling van je medewerkers.
  • Je creëert structuur, neemt initiatief en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de supply chain-organisatie.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken een analytische en ondernemende Supply Chain-professional die graag dicht bij de business staat.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting, zoals Supply Chain, Logistiek, Handelswetenschappen, Economische Wetenschappen of Ingenieurswetenschappen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen supply chain, planning of logistiek, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met forecasting, demand planning en S&OP.
  • Je begrijpt hoe vraag, voorraad, productiecapaciteit en klantbehoeften samenkomen binnen een geïntegreerde supply chain.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en beschikt over een kritische en probleemoplossende mindset.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke drive om processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je hebt de maturiteit en het leiderschap om een klein team aan te sturen en medewerkers mee te nemen in veranderingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt ownership en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Kwaliteit, service en continue verbetering zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
