Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Material Planner voor onze klant in Bocholt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het brouwen en verpakken van kwaliteitsbieren.

Jouw takenpakket als Material Planner / Material Requirement Planner bestaat uit:

  • Het vertalen van het productieschema naar een concrete behoefte aan grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen, zodat de productie zonder onderbrekingen blijft draaien.
  • Het nauwgezet opvolgen van de stockniveaus en het bewerken van minimum- en veiligheidsvoorraden om overschotten of stilstanden te vermijden.
  • Het bewaken van de bestelketen: je controleert levertermijnen en orderbevestigingen en communiceert met de aankoopdienst en leveranciers bij afwijkingen.
  • Het proactief opsporen van dreigende tekorten of vertraagde leveringen, de impact hiervan inschatten en in overleg zoeken naar praktische alternatieven.
  • Intensief overleggen met de collega's van productie, opslag, logistiek en aankoop om alle leverstromen feitloos op elkaar aan te sluiten.
  • Het correct invoeren en up-to-date houden van voorraadparameters en artikeldata binnen het ERP-pakket.
  • Het analyseren van structurele logistieke knelpunten of voorraadverschillen om het bevoorradingsproces steeds efficiënter in te richten.

Profiel

Als Material Planner / Material Requirement Planner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (bijv. in een logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting) of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring opgebouwd in materiaalbeheer, voorraadplanning of supply chain binnen een productie-omgeving.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in de wisselwerking tussen productieplanning, doorlooptijden en materiaalbehoeften.
  • Je werkt uiterst gestructureerd, bent sterk in het analyseren van gegevens en weet prioriteiten juist in te schatten.
  • Je werkt anticiperend en oplossingsgericht; je onderneemt meteen actie wanneer er obstakels dreigen te ontstaan.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact met interne afdelingen én externe leveranciers, en je bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
  • Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van Excel en kan vlot overweg met ERP-software (kennis van MRP-functionaliteiten is een troef).
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, maar behaalt resultaten liefst in teamverband.
  • Ervaring binnen de dranken-, voedings- of FMCG-industrie is een duidelijke plus.
