Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je analyseert en beheert demand- en forecastgegevens en vertaalt marktinzichten naar concrete Demand Plans
  • Je coördineert de maandelijkse Pre-Demand management Review samen met Sales en Marketing
  • Je volgt belangrijke Demand Planning KPI's en metrics op en rapporteert hierover
  • Je ondersteunt bij het bepalen van customer service levels, safety stocks en productallocaties wanneer de beschikbaarheid beperkt is
  • Je volgt vraagstukken binnen het S&OP-proces op en werkt samen met verschillende stakeholders naar oplossingen
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten om forecasting en demand planning te verbeteren
  • Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie en implementatie van planning- en demandmanagementprocessen
  • Je vormt een brug tussen commerciële inzichten en operationele planning
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante ervaring binnen demand planning, forecasting, supply chain of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Ervaring binnen demand planning, forecasting of supply chain in een must
  • Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Je hebt kennis van forecasting, voorraadbeheer en supply chainprocessen
  • Ervaring met S&OP en/of demand planning software is een plus
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en weet deadlines te respecteren
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels, vooral voor de interne samenwerking
  • Een APICS-certificering is mooi meegenomen
