Supply Network Planner Almere 36-40 uur Supply Chain Wil jij werken op het snijvlak van data, commercie en supply chain? En impact maken op één van de grootste zuivelstromen van Nederland? Bij Royal A-ware bouwen we aan de volgende stap in onze Supply Chain. Waar we traditioneel sterk zijn in de dagelijkse operatie, kijken we steeds nadrukkelijker vooruit. Daarom implementeren we een professioneel Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)-proces en richten we een nieuwe afdeling op die volledig is gericht op de middellange en lange termijn. Samen met een nieuw S&OP-team en een dedicated S&OP werken we aan een geïntegreerde planning tot twee jaar vooruit. Zo verbinden we commercie, supply chain en operations en creëren we één gezamenlijke koers voor de toekomst. Vanwege deze ontwikkeling zoeken we een Supply Network Planner die grip brengt op complexiteit, die plannen van meerdere fabrieken op elkaar afstemt, scenario's maakt en vooruitkijkt waar anderen vooral reageren. Het is een nieuwe rol die direct aan de S&OP Manager rapporteert. Jouw rol Als Supply Network Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het balanceren van supply en demand op de middellange en lange termijn over meerdere fabrieken en stappen in het productieproces. Je balanceert voorraad, cost to serve en uitval door de aanvoer van rauwe melk, room en afgeleide producten af te stemmen op de behoeftes en productieplannen later in de productstroom voor de productie van o.a. dagverse zuivel, kaas, melkpoeder en boter. De productielocaties liggen verspreid door Europa en je werkt nauw samen met de plant directors bij het bepalen van het supply netwerk plan. Je verzorgt vanuit een centrale rol de afstemming tussen planning, commercie en operatie, waarbij je: 1. Inzicht creëert in toekomstige productstromen in het productienetwerk 2. Ruwe capaciteitsberekeningen (RCCP) maakt en scenario's opstelt voor meerdere productielocaties 3. Sales directors en plant directors inhoudeli...
