Je ondersteunt bij de planning van logistieke bewegingen en speelt daarnaast een belangrijke rol in voorraadbeheer en het tijdig signaleren van mogelijke tekorten . Je werkt in een dynamische maritieme omgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid, structuur en goed samenwerken essentieel zijn. Je maakt deel uit van het Supply team en schakelt dagelijks met interne en externe partijen. De rol is veelzijdig en biedt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen supply, planning of logistiek. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Supply Planner: Je bewaakt processen, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles correct en tijdig wordt opgevolgd. Supply & planning - Je stelt een operationele logistieke planning op op basis van beschikbare informatie en actuele overzichten. - Je bepaalt welke partijen op welk moment bij leveranciers moeten laden en ziet toe op een correcte uitvoering van het transport. - Je onderhoudt contact met schepen en logistieke partners over posities en voortgang, en informeert betrokken locaties zodat zij hierop kunnen anticiperen. - Je organiseert, beheert en onderhoudt alle relevante documentatie die nodig is voor een goede uitvoering van logistieke werkzaamheden. - Je hebt eens in de drie weken telefonische bereikbaarheidsdienst in de avonden en het weekend.
