Omschrijving

  • Je vertaalt productieplanningen naar concrete behoeften aan verpakkingsmaterialen zoals flessen, etiketten, pallets en andere componenten.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contacten met externe leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je volgt bestellingen van A tot Z op en bewaakt leveringen richting productie.
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen planning, leveranciers, sales en magazijn.
  • Je analyseert leveranciersprestaties en denkt actief mee over KPI's en optimalisaties.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen binnen supply chain processen en neemt initiatief om deze verder uit te werken.
  • Je coördineert wijzigingen, prioriteiten en communicatie rond inkomende verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met SAP en andere plannings- en rapporteringstools.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen supply chain, order management, customer service, aankoopondersteuning, logistieke administratie of planning.
  • Ook junior profielen met de juiste mindset komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je houdt van administratieve nauwkeurigheid en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft initiatief te nemen richting leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt over een analytische mindset en haalt voldoening uit cijfers en optimalisaties.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan professioneel communiceren in het Engels.
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, waaronder Excel.
