Wir sind ab sofort auf der Suche nach einem/einer MitarbeiterIn im Bereich Support/After Sales der/die die Inbetriebnahmen, Reparaturen und Wartungen der Flugsimulatoren im Haus und bei unseren KundInnen vor Ort durchführt. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position zählen nach einer umfassenden Einschulung folgende Tätigkeiten zu Deinen Aufgaben:

Deine Tätigkeiten:

* Durchführung von Tests und der Inbetriebnahme am Simulator (in-house und fallweise bei KundInnen vor Ort)

* Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung

* Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungstätigkeiten

* Berichterstattung und Dokumentation

* Durchführung von KundInnenschulungen

* Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

* Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/TU/FH)

* Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Hohe Lösungs-, KundInnen- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine Trouble-Shooter-Mentalität

* Freude an bereichsübergreifenden Tätigkeiten (Technik, Entwicklung, Produktion)

* Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs (Fehlerdatenbanken, Analyse- und Tuning-Tools)

* Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, wirtschaftliche Denkweise und ein professionelles Auftreten

* Interesse an der Luftfahrt und dem Luftfahrttraining von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft und verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der Berufserfahrung

orientiert und mit Dir gemeinsam festgelegt wird. Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet ein Mindestgehalt laut Kollektivvertag

anzugeben. Das monatliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (Metallgewerbe) mindestens € 2.727,40. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
