Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Support Buchhaltung und SAP (m/w/d) Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung als SAP-User*in (mit dem Modul RP3 von Vorteil)

* Affinität für effiziente Abläufe in Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie sicheres sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen

* Begeistertes, ganzheitliches Prozessdenken

* Seriöses, sympathisches und professionelles Auftreten

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Erfahrung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung wünschenswert

* Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook, Word und Excel

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Bestellvorgängen und Buchung von Rechnungen in SAP

* Verwaltung von Bankgarantien

* Prüfung und Verarbeitung von Rechnungen, Bestellungen und Mehrkostenforderungen mittels digitaler Workflows

* Mit- bzw. Zuarbeit Inventarisierungsvorbereitung

* Mit- bzw. Zuarbeit Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Ansprechpartnerin für Anfragen von Auftraggeberinnen und Konsulent*innen

* Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung von Jahresabschlüssen

* Bereichsspezifische administrative Tätigkeiten
