Als Support Coördinator bij Blue10 houd je te allen tijde het overzicht en bewaak je tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit van de door Blue10 geleverde support. Het supportteam van Blue10 zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich écht gehoord voelt en de opvolging krijgt die zij nodig hebben om weer verder te kunnen met het gebruik van Blue10. In dit proces zorg jij ervoor dat alle processen soepel verlopen en dat iedere vorm van frictie wordt weggenomen, zodat het supportteam zich volledig kan focussen op het helpen van klanten. Kort samengevat ziet jouw functie er als volgt uit: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de klanttevredenheid (CSAT score) van Blue10; - Je hebt overzicht over alle processen die binnen en rond het supportteam van Blue10 lopen; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de door Blue10 geleverde support (zowel tickets als knowledge-base); - Je zorgt dat het kennisniveau van je supportcollega's continu verbetert; - Je stuurt erop dat de tijd tussen vraag en antwoord zo kort als mogelijk is, waarbij de klant uiteraard het antwoord krijgt waar hij naar op zoek is; - Je geeft input aan Product voor productverbeteringen die support verlagend werken; - Je kan je volledig focussen op het verlenen van service en het verbeteren van het proces. Voor alle people gerelateerde zaken schakel je met een Talent Manager.
