Als support engineer ondersteun je klanten zowel op locatie als op afstand bij complexe technische vraagstukken, waarbij je techniek combineert met klantgerichtheid en zelfstandigheid. Je voert service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan hoogwaardige weeg-, snij- en etiketteersystemen, analyseert storingen, geeft advies over oplossingen en voert preventief onderhoud uit. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om systemen te installeren en te onderhouden, draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van processen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van je werkzaamheden. Je komt te werken bij een internationaal bedrijf met een rijke historie en focus op innovatie, dat wereldwijd oplossingen levert binnen de weeg-, snij- en etiketteertechnologie.
