You act as the primary contact for support (1st line) and for resolving technical issues within the client environment. You have a passion for and a broad interest in technology, combined with experience in setting up and managing Cloud solutions. You have a broad scope of work: you ensure that changes are implemented quickly and flawlessly, coordinate with Cloud Engineers, and maintain close collaboration with our clients. In this role, you are a representative of Fundaments when it comes to support. You ensure that new environments are adequately set up and delivered for both the client and Fundaments. You are also responsible for installing, uninstalling, and upgrading software on both client and Fundaments environments.
