Samen met je collega's ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het volledige installatieproces van onze hardware en het verbinden van de hardware met onze software. Je bent onze verbindende factor tussen onze klanten, installateurs en het team op kantoor. Jouw functie draagt direct bij aan innovatieve en complexe projecten om de binnenvaart veiliger, duurzamer en efficiënter te maken. Dit zijn wij Shipping Technology is een toonaangevende speler in de maritieme sector, gespecialiseerd in innovatieve technologische oplossingen voor de scheepvaartindustrie. Ons team bestaat uit gepassioneerde professionals die samen werken aan het verbeteren van de efficiëntie en duurzaamheid van de maritieme sector. Dit ga je doen - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt richting klanten als het gaat om technische vragen, storingen en installaties. Je ondersteunt waar nodig bij het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van storingen. - Je houdt de voorraad bij, plaatst bestellingen en zorgt dat de installateurs altijd de juiste materialen hebben. - Je helpt met het opstellen van installatietekeningen. - Je communiceert met de installateurs over de planning, lopende installaties en voorraad. - Je zoekt (eenvoudige) storingen op en verhelpt de storing. - Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden. Vereisten Dit ben jij Opleiding : Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO 3 opleiding. Het liefst in de richting van de Binnenvaart of Elektrotechniek; Ervaring : Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring in een functie die past bij deze baan.
