Over de rol Als support engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische vraagstukken, zowel remote als op locatie. Je werkt aan incidenten, ondersteunt bij projecten en zorgt ervoor dat eindgebruikers efficiënt en veilig kunnen werken. Van werkplekbeheer tot kleine systeemwijzigingen, geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten op 1e en 2e lijnsniveau; • Het uitvoeren van werkplekbeheer, installaties en updates; • Het beheren van accounts en rechten (o.a. Active Directory / Microsoft 365); • Het ondersteunen bij migraties, implementaties of netwerkveranderingen; • Het documenteren van oplossingen en meewerken aan kennisdeling; • Het signaleren van structurele problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een gedreven en communicatief sterke IT'er die graag stappen wil zetten. Daarnaast: • Heb je een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting IT (niveau 3 of 4); • Beschik je over 1-3 jaar ervaring als IT Support Engineer of vergelijkbare rol; • Heb je kennis van Windows, Office 365, Active Directory en basis netwerkbeheer; • Ben je klantgericht, o...
