Geen dag vol wachtwoordresets en standaard gebruikersvragen, maar uitzoeken waarom een server, RDS-omgeving, netwerkverbinding of Microsoft-omgeving niet doet wat hij moet doen. Je zorgt eerst dat de klant verder kan, maar kijkt daarna vooral naar de oorzaak. Waarom gebeurt dit en hoe zorgen we ervoor dat het niet opnieuw voorkomt? Juist die technische diepgang maakt deze functie anders dan een reguliere servicedeskrol. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke vraagbaak voor je collega's. Wanneer zij technisch vastlopen, kunnen ze bij jou terecht om te sparren en samen tot een oplossing te komen. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Analyseren en oplossen van complexere incidenten binnen server-, cloud- en netwerkomgevingen - Werken met onder andere Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory en Windows Server - Onderzoeken van terugkerende problemen en zoeken naar structurele oplossingen - Ondersteunen van eerste- en tweedelijns collega's bij technische escalaties Waar je terecht komt Je komt terecht op de servicedesk van Collabite, een MSP die IT-omgevingen beheert voor verschillende organisaties. Daardoor werk je niet iedere dag in dezelfde omgeving, maar krijg je te maken met verschillende klanten, infrastructuren en technische vraagstukken.
