Over de rol Als Support Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en het waarborgen van een stabiele IT-omgeving. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen, maar duikt ook dieper in complexe issues. Met jouw kennis en klantgerichte houding zorg je dat problemen snel en vakkundig worden opgelost. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Het aannemen, registreren en oplossen van incidenten en serviceverzoeken; • Het bieden van remote en on-site support aan gebruikers; • Het beheren van accounts, rechten en werkplekken; • Het uitvoeren van hardware- en software-installaties; • Het signaleren van structurele problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen. Functie-eisen We zoeken een enthousiaste IT-professional die houdt van uitdagingen en graag zijn kennis verder uitbreidt.
