The posting

POSGARD ondersteunt klanten bij het nog efficiënter runnen van de horecazaak en food shop. De food markten zijn in volle beweging. Nu zoeken wij nieuwe collega’s voor ons tof team in groei.

Als Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de klanten met vragen over de slimme hardware en software oplossingen van POSGARD. Wij zoeken voltijds Support Engineer voor de uitbreiding van ons team. NE/FR/EN is belangrijk want relevant.

Op basis van je persoonlijke talent kies je voor de installatie & trainings specialisatie of juist voor de helpdesk omgeving, of indien van toepassing een combinatie van beiden. Voor profielen met de juiste ervaring is de opportuniteit aanwezig om door te groeien naar operations manager.

Je helpt graag een ander door een technische issue op begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen, je weet wanneer je initiatief dient te nemen door de klant direct te bellen, de andere keer door een bericht te sturen. Je werkt graag hard om vaak te kunnen lachen.

Ook jij ziet dat de wereld naar slimme software oplossingen in combinatie met eenvoudig te gebruiken hardware gaat. Wij bieden je de opleiding en winning team om dit te bereiken! Je weet dat handige tools er zijn om het (werkend) leven eenvoudig te maken.

  • Je hebt minimaal hoger onderwijs werk- en denkniveau
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je weet wanneer je moet bellen in plaats van een bericht te sturen, bent een doorzetter en helpt graag andere mensen
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en zeker voldoende beheersing van de Franse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Je vindt het leuk om met mensen in contact te zijn, je sluit graag iets af en bent stressbestendig
  • Je werkt graag constructief samen met het team op een professionele en collegiale manier
  • Je hebt een passie voor nieuwe trends en food & drinks of denkt deze te kunnen ontwikkelen
  • Je hebt enige support en/of developer ervaring
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, mogelijk ook ’s avonds en in het weekend
