In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de IT-afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op een stabiele en goed functionerende IT-omgeving. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Bij igen staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen €2.700,- en €3.500,-, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Leaseauto of volledige reiskostenvergoeding; - Opleidings- en certificeringsmogelijkheden, zoals Microsoft 365, Azure en ITIL; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een ontwikkelplan afgestemd op jouw ambities; - Afwisselende opdrachten bij toonaangevende organisaties in Deventer en omgeving; - Een betrokken organisatie waarin jij geen nummertje bent, maar een collega. Over de rol Als Support Engineer ondersteun je eindgebruikers bij uiteenlopende IT-vraagstukken en zorg je ervoor dat incidenten snel en vakkundig worden opgelost. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de IT-afdeling en krijgt de ruimte om jouw technische kennis verder uit te breiden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns incidenten en serviceverzoeken; - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij hardware-, software- en netwerkgerelateerde vragen; - Installeren, configureren en beheren van laptops, desktops en randapparatuur; - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts en rechten binnen Active Directory en Microsoft 365; - Registreren, documenteren en opvolgen van meldingen in een ticketsysteem; - Escaleren van complexe incidenten naar gespecialiseerde teams; - Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en meedenken ...
