Support Engineer

Als Support Engineer bij ConXioN werk je vanuit onze vestiging van Izegem in een hecht en enthousiast team van 10 collega's. Het team is gespecialiseerd in IT-oplossingen voor KMO's en fungeert als informaticapartner voor ongeveer 400 KMO's die geen eigen IT-personeel hebben of extra ondersteuning voor hun IT-team zoeken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van integrale IT-oplossingen, van IT-infrastructuur en telefoniesystemen tot dagelijkse IT-ondersteuning, steeds met een klantgerichte en toegankelijke KMO-mentaliteit!

Jouw day to day als Support Engineer:

  • Je zal onze KMO-klanten IT-technische ondersteuning bieden inzake gevarieerde IT-topics en hebt met hen contact op via telefoon, mail, of via ons ITIL-systeem waar de tickets gelogd worden.
  • Aan de hand van een technische intake zal je problemen diagnosen en vanop afstand oplossen, dit door verschillende acties uit te voeren en zaken te onderzoeken om tot de oplossing te komen.
  • Je kan schakelen richting je collega's voor verdere ondersteuning.

Je werkt dagelijks met moderne IT-omgevingen en krijgt de kans om je kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen verschillende domeinen. Ervaring met specifieke technologieën of certificeringen is een plus, maar zeker geen vereiste. We vinden jouw leergierigheid minstens even belangrijk.

  • Je combineert jouw ervaring in een soortgelijke rol met zin om te groeien in jouw kennis en ervaring.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht ingesteld en bent niet bang om de klant telefonisch te woord te staan.
  • Je hebt een goed probleemoplossend vermogen om de klanten vlot te ondersteunen bij hun IT-issues.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: je werkt niet alleen goed zelfstandig maar je werkt ook graag samen met jouw team.
