Support Engineer - L'opportunité

  • Assurer lesupport IT de niveau 1 et 2auprès des utilisateurs internes.
  • Préparer, configurer et déployer lespostes de travailet assurer leur maintenance.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs sur les différentsoutils et applications internes.
  • Gérer les incidents liés à l’environnementMicrosoft / Windows.
  • Administrer et dépanner les environnementsActive Directory on-premiseetEntra ID / Azure.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes IT afin d’assurer un support efficace auxsites internationaux et utilisateurs anglophones.

Support Engineer - Le Profil

  • Première expérience enIT Support / Helpdesk / Support Engineer.
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnementWindows / Microsoft.
  • Familiarité avecActive Directory; une première exposition àEntra ID / Azureest un plus.
  • Orientationservice et utilisateurs, avec une vraie volonté de trouver des solutions.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière structurée dans un environnement avec desprocédures et processus établis.
  • Bon niveau d’anglais, à l’aise pour communiquer avec des utilisateurs internationaux.
