Als Support Engineer Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van de technische continuïteit van de productieprocessen. Je analyseert storingen, onderzoekt de grondoorzaken en werkt duurzame oplossingen uit. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van installaties en automatiseringsprocessen.

  • Onderzoeken van technische problemen aan productie-installaties
  • Analyseren van storingen en achterhalen van de hoofdoorzaken
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van duurzame verbetermaatregelen
  • Opvolgen van technische uitval en nemen van corrigerende acties
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische en onderhoudstechnische werkzaamheden aan installaties
  • Ondersteunen bij onderhoud van software, machines en technische infrastructuur
  • Meewerken aan robotprogrammatie en automatiseringsprojecten
  • Opstellen van werkinstructies bij de introductie van nieuwe technieken
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan onderhouds- en productieafdelingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en innovatieprojecten binnen de productieomgeving
  • Professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke interesse in automatisatie, techniek en innovatie
  • Analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
  • Probleemoplossende en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken
  • Kennis van PLC-systemen vormt een sterke troef
  • Kennis van robotprogrammatie is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en andere courante computertoepassingen
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een vaste nachtdienst
