Voor een nieuw project zoeken we een Support Engineer om ons team te versterken.

WHAT'S IN A WORKDAY

  • Je werkt mee aan projecten betrekking op o.a. de netwerkinfrastructuur, servers, ...
  • Je installeert, configureert en beheert netwerkapparatuur, servers, ...
  • Je beheert en onderhoudt operationele systemen en je zorgt voor upgrades.
  • Je identificeert en analyseert problemen en verbeteringen.
  • Je assisteert collega system engineers.
  • Je onderzoekt technologieën.
  • Je schrijft documentatie.
  • Je ontwerpt en implementeert changes.
  • Je implementeert nieuwe releases en biedt support in projecten (o.a. Office365).

YOUR HARDWARE

Je hebt graag leuke mensen om je heen die dezelfde passie voor IT delen. Daarnaast weet je complexe materie op een klantvriendelijke en begrijpbare manier over te brengen naar de eindgebruiker. Je bent gebeten door iedere uitdaging en laat je door alle vraagstukken niet van de wijs brengen, iedere case weet je professioneel en analytisch op te lossen doormiddel van een goede communicatie en doelgerichte vragen.

WAT VRAGEN WE VAN JE?

  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie.
  • Certificatie in ITIL, CCNA, MSCSA, of andere domeinen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt projectmanagement skills.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van besturingssystemen.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Infra en AD.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van DHCP, DNS, NTFS, DFS.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van netwerken (switches, routers, firewall).
  • Je hebt kennis van Office365.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van monitoring tools.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van storage, clusters en virtualisatie.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van een specialisatie zoals bv. Citrix, Exchange, SQL,...
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van back-up tech.
  • Je hebt zeer goede scripting skills.
  • Je spreekt vlot NL - ENG en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
