Als Support Engineer in IJsselstein ondersteun jij gebruikers bij complexe IT-vraagstukken en zorg je voor stabiele, goed functionerende IT-omgevingen. Over de rol Als Support Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van IT-incidenten die verder gaan dan de eerste lijn. Je analyseert problemen, voert structurele oplossingen door en ondersteunt bij migratie- en verbeterprojecten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen IT om processen en systemen continu te optimaliseren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Oplossen van 2e-lijns IT-incidenten; - Ondersteunen bij Windows 10/11, Office 365 en bedrijfsapplicaties; - Beheren van gebruikers, rechten en groepen in Active Directory; - Ondersteunen bij migraties, updates en implementaties; - Documenteren van oplossingen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen. Jij hebt het in je: - Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 of hbo-opleiding richting IT; - Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring binnen IT-support of servicedesk; - Kennis van Windows 10/11, Office 365 en Active Directory; - Ervaring met ITIL-processen en ticketingsystemen; - Analytisch sterk, klantgericht en commu...
